About Salaam-E-Zindagi
Salaam-E-Zindagi is the request station: send a memory and we answer it with a song. Its online stream from Melbourne is starting soon.
About this station (planned)
Send us the memory. We will find the song.
Salaam-E-Zindagi is not organised by decade and it is not organised by language. It is organised by what listeners send in, which makes it the one station on this network built around requests and dedications. A memory, a name, a line about why, and the song that answers it: that is the running order, and it is rebuilt each day around whatever comes in. Nothing here is chosen because it is old. A salute to life, which mostly means to the people you heard these songs with.
